Write for us
We welcome clear, original contributions that help readers explore possible futures without claiming to know the future. Send proposals through the Contact page rather than submitting a full draft without an agreed brief.
What to pitch
Propose an article about scenarios, signals of change, imaginative methods, reflection or modest experiments. A good pitch names the specific reader question, explains the central idea and shows what a reader could understand or try after reading.
What makes a strong piece
Keep the scope focused and the language plain. Explain terms, identify assumptions and distinguish facts from examples or speculation. Avoid unsupported predictions, recycled generalities and claims that a creative exercise can guarantee an outcome.
How to send a proposal
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to send a short pitch. Include a working title, a paragraph describing the angle and a brief note on relevant experience. We review proposals for fit and clarity; sending one does not guarantee publication.
A possible future is not a prediction
Imagination is most useful when it broadens the choices in view. We pair open-ended thinking with clear questions about what can be done now.
